John and the rest of the staff have time for a smile and chat regardless of how busy it is. Keep it up guys, I always look forward to going to the Post Office, you brighten my day.

I agree that the staff at the Diamond Creek Post Office are fantastic! Doesn’t it make a difference when you get friendly, cheerful service. And good on you for posting a positive comment, too often we only hear complaints.
